We want cancellations to be fair to both clients and hosts, who set aside their time for your event.
1. If the client cancels

Requests that are not yet paid can be cancelled anytime at no cost.
2. If the host cancels
You always receive a buong refund. A host who cancels less than 24 hours before the booking receives 0.5 strike point.
3. If the host does not show up
You receive a buong refund plus compensation from the host's refundable commitment deposit. The host receives 1 strike point and their profile is paused.
4. Disputes
If the booking didn't happen as agreed, open a dispute from the booking page within 24 hours after the scheduled end time. The payment stays on hold while our team reviews it.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go straight to your TaraSama wallet balance, at the exchange rate locked when you paid. You can use the balance for your next booking or withdraw it from your wallet.
